We diligently work with your insurance to the best of our abilities. Much effort goes in to working with all insurances to have the financial part of dentistry go as smoothly as possible. However, ultimately it is the patients’ responsibility to provide us with any insurance changes or needs for payment arrangements before treatment has begun.
Insurance carriers and dental policies are changing all the time so it is important to keep us up to date on your information. Please feel free to call us with any questions even if it is before the change takes place. We will answer using our insurance expertise that we have been privileged with so far.
All claims are submitted either on-line directly to the insurance company or electronically for the quickest payment possible.

- Includes deferred interest plans for up to two years
- No minimum for 6 months, $300 minimum for up to 18 months, $2500 minimum for up to 2 years
- Lower interest plans for up to five years
Pre-Payment
- Patients without dental insurance or those who have larger co-pays have the option to pay toward dental expenses before the date of service. Some prefer to take the money they would spend on premiums and pay that directly toward their services on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. That way, when treatment is done the financial part is at least partially complete.
